Email notifications are built to help you keep up-to-date with what is happening on Tourbook. They are managed by each user individually, so you can set your own preferences for recieving these.
Emails We Send
Tourbook will send emails to alert you when activity happens on your account - for example, if someone sends you a message, or if you are involved in a new booking that has been added to Tourbook. These emails are directly related to you and activity on your account and often have an action associated with them
Our weekly digests keep you up-to-date with what has been happening on Tourbook. Curerntly we send out:
- Latest Tours - Weekly each Thursday
- Latest Venues - Last Tuesday of each Month
Note: we are looking at ways to tailor these to each individual so that you recieve only the information most useful to you.
Occasional Product Updates
Every now and then we send out a product update to let users know about changes, new features or updates that have been made to Tourbook - these are always intended to help you get more from the platform and help you work better - if you don't want to receive them you can just opt-out from your User Settings.
Unsubscribing from Emails
If you don't want to receive the weekly, monthly or occasional emails you can unsubscribe from your User Profile dahsboard.
- Go to https://tourbook.live/dash/users/edit
- Click on the Notifications tab
- Select/Unselect the preferences you'd like to change.
- Click Save.
