Venue Pages bring together all the details of a specific Venue that is available for performances and allow everyone on Tourbook to discover places that might suit their work.
Tourbook can accommodate Venues of every size, from tiny front-rooms to large-scale concert halls. Each Venue Pages can also include details of multiple performance spaces, with their own specific technical information.
Please note: if you are responsible for managing or programming a venue, you will need to create a Programmer profile before adding a Venue Page to your Account.
Understanding Venues & Spaces
When you create a Venue on Tourbook, you will need to add the general Venue information - as well as the details for at least one performance space. The information includes:
- Images & Media
- Front of House Facilities
- Local Facilities
- Location & Access
- General Policies
- Tech Spec
- Seating Options
- Equipment Available (i.e. blackout, backcloth, piano etc.)
- Backstage/Artist Facilities
- Policies & Terms
