Collections are a simple way to keep track of Pages or Profiles on Tourbook that you might want to come back to later. You can use them to bookmark things you may like for the future, to shortlist potential shows or venues, to share with your team, or as a way of sharing your favourites publicly across on Tourbook.

Adding an Item to a Collection
When you find a Page or Profile you like, or would like to remember for later, click the Save button on the right-hand side of the screen.
If you do not currently have a Collection, you will be prompted to create on, just click:
+ New Collection.
You can add a Name and a Description for your new Collection. You can also set the visibility of your Collection.
Collection Visibility
There are four visibility options for your Collections available for different subscription plans.
Private | Visible only to you. | Maximum 1 Collection for Tourbook Free |
Shared | Visible to everyone in your Team | Available to Tourbook Plus Subscribers |
Public | Visible to by everyone on Tourbook | Available to Tourbook Plus Subscribers |
Network | Visible to everyone in your network | Available to Network Accounts only |
To set the visibility of a Collection, you can select your preferred option from the dropdown menu.
Creating a Blank Collection
You can create Collections without adding any items to them, for example, if you are anticipating building a list for a new season programme or tour. To do this:
- Log in and go to tourbook.live/dash/collections
- Click on + New Collection
- Enter the details you'd like for the Collection
- Click Save
Editing Collections
To edit an existing Collection:
- Log in and go to tourbook.live/dash/collections
- Click on the Collection you would like to edit
- Click on Edit Details
- Change the Name, Description or Visibilty of the Collection.
- Click Save
Removing Items from a Collection
To remove an item from a Collection:
- Log in and go to tourbook.live/dash/collections
- Click on the Collection you would like to remove the item from
- Click on the X icon in the top right of the item you'd like to remove.
- Confirm that you would like to remove the item.
Deleting a Collection
To delete an entire Collection:
- Log in and go to tourbook.live/dash/collections
- Click on the Collection you would like to delete
- Click on Delete Collection
- Confirm that you would like to delete this Collection.
This action cannot be undone, so please ensure you definitely want to delete this Collection before you go ahead.
