When Networks first get started with Tourbook, one of their first jobs will be to connect with you, their members. This is done by the Network team, who can connect directly with members to invite them to collaborate and share with them on Tourbook.
Accepting a Network Invitation
When your Network joins Tourbook you will receive an email asking you to connect with them on Tourbook.
If you already have a Tourbook account, you will need to click on the View Invite link and login to your Tourbook account. Your account will be automatically connected to your Network and you will see the Network logo on all Account profiles and pages.
If you do not have a Tourbook account, you will be asked to create an Account. Once you have completed the signup process, your Account will be connected to the Network.
If you would prefer not to connect with a particular Network on Tourbook, you can simply click the Decline link and the Network will be notified of your decision.
Requesting a Network Invitation
Tourbook provides Networks with a great platform to communicate and collaborate with their existing membership to help support and promote their members' work. You will generally only be invited to join a Network on Tourbook if you are already a member of the Network outwith this platform. For this reason, it is not possible to join a Network automatically.
If you are an existing member of a Network and have not received an invite from them - or you previously did not accept the invite. Just head to the Network page and click the Contact button - they can quickly and easily send you an invite to get started.
Viewing Your Networks
Networks that your Account is a member of will appear on your Networks Tab at tourbook.live/dash/networks
Leaving a Network
To leave a Network click on the ... icon next to the Network you'd like to leave and select Leave Network
