Tourbook currently support 2 core types of Profile:
Performers
Performer are those that perform on stage whether as an individual or a group. They might include a solo artist, an ensemble, a producing company, a band or a whole orchestra.
Programmers
Programmers are those that generally host events by Performers. They are those that are looking to bring work to their venue, festival or home town. They may operate their own venues - or they may put on events in a range of different spaces.
When you first sign up to Tourbook you will be prompted to create a Profile as part of the setup process. Once you have created this, you can get started with the full functionality of Tourbook.
If your business has multiple roles, such as in-house programming as well as producing work, you can add more than one profile to your account. Note: Multiple profiles are only available with a Tourbook Plus subscription. To find out more visit Plans & Pricing.
If you are an Agent or Tourbooker who represents multiple artists then you will need to create a Performer Profile for each of the artists that you represent.
The examples below outline some of the examples for when this might be useful:
Example One: If you represent a receiving venue that also operates a producing company, then you can get started by adding a Venue Programmer profile and add a new Performer profile later on.
Example Two: If you are a musician, you might want one Performer profile for your solo work, and a second one for a duo or collaboration.
Example Three: If you are an Agent and represent multiple people, you will be able to create a Performer profile for each artist that you work.
Creating Additional Profiles
- Go to your Dashboard at www.tourbook.live/dash
- Click on the Profiles tab
- Click Add Profile
- Select the Profile type you'd like to add
- Click Next
- Complete the Profile details
- Save your new Profile.
Editing Your Profiles
To edit a profile, click on the Profile you'd like to change and click the Edit Button. Make your changes and click Save.
Removing a Profile
To remove a profile from your Account please contact Support.
