This feature is only available to Tourbook Plus subscribers.
Sending a Team Invite
To invite Team Members to join you on Tourbook:
- Login to Tourbook
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on Account in the left navigation
- Select the Team Tab
- Click on Add Person
- Enter your Team Member's Name and Email Address
- Click Send Invite
Accepting a Team Invite
If you are invited to join an existing team, you will receive an email asking you to confirm that you would like to join that team on Tourbook.
- Click the Join the Team link in the email
- You will be taken to a Sign Up screen
- Check your details are correct
- Create a secure password
- Confirm that you agree with the Community Guidelines & Terms and Conditions
- Click Create Account
If for any reason you do not wish to join your team on Tourbook, click on the Decline Invite link in the invite email and the invite will be cancelled.
Revoking an Invitation
Account Admins can view past invites created on the Team page of their Dashboard, by clicking on the Pending Invites dropdown at the foot of the page. This section will list all past invites and their current status.
Any invites that have not yet been accepted can be Withdrawn if required. Click the Withdraw link to the right of the invitation you would like to Withdraw. This invitation will no longer be active.
