Collections are a great way of bookmarking items across Tourbook, sharing ideas with your Team or sharing programming opportunities with your members.
Networks have access to Collections in a similar way to other Tourbook users - see Using Collections. However there are also a few additional Collections features for Networks.
Team Collections
As a Network Account, with Network Tools you can create Collections and collaborate on them with your team. Share a Collection with your team so that they can see what you've added and make suggestions for additional items etc.
To share your Collection with your team:
- Go to tourbook.live/dash/collections
- Select the Collection you'd like to share
- Click Edit Details
- Set Visibility to Shared with Account
Member-Only Collections
Networks can create Collections that are exclusively available to their members. This is a great way to share programming ideas, touring scheme menus, supported touring options or just help your members with some inspiring ideas!
Helpful Hint In most cases you might like to create a Private or Team Collection first and add the Profiles or Pages you'd like to the Collection. Once you are happy with the content of your Collection you can update the Status to 'Shared with Network' - this way members will only see the Collection once it is completed.
To create a Member-Only Collection:
- Go to tourbook.live/dash/collections
- Select a Collection (or add a New One)
- Ensure your Collection has a clear title that your Members will understand
- Add a Description - provide a bit more information about what the Collection is intended for.
- Add Items to your Collection from across Tourbook.
- Click Edit Details
- Set Visibility to Shared with Network
- Click Add Collection
Members will receive a notification immeditaely to say that a new Collection has been published.
